Meet someone
We start with a real person in an ordinary, shared place—not a casting call or a polished résumé.

Everyone you pass has a past.
Unscripted conversations with people 55 and older. We sit down, listen, and let them tell their life story in whatever direction it wants to go.

01 Stories worth saving
Why we listen
The first test was simple: choose someone at random in a common area, ask if they would sit down, and give them room to talk. No topic was assigned. No story was requested.
This isn’t a guided interview. It’s a conversational life story, told by the person who lived it. We follow their lead, because the unexpected turns are often where the truth is.
Real lives.
Enough time to tell them.
How it works
We don’t decide what makes someone interesting before we meet them. We sit down, pay attention, and discover the story as they tell it.
We start with a real person in an ordinary, shared place—not a casting call or a polished résumé.
We make the time and space for a conversation, without deciding in advance what their story should be.
No list of prompts. No planned arc. They choose where to begin, what matters, and where the story goes.
The unscripted promise
“We don’t arrive knowing what the story is. That’s the point.”
No signature question. No required subject. No attempt to turn a life into a lesson.
Who we interview
We talk with people 55 and older from every kind of background. No auditions, no prepared stories, and no expectation that they perform. Just a person, speaking for themselves.
